HOW TO OVERCOME FROM COVID-19 (CORONA VIRUS)

Introduction: Coronavirus (COVID-19) is a respiratory disease which infects people if there is a crowd. It means this virus can infect one person to another, it becomes very dangerous if there is a crowd of people and if a single person is affected by this disease it can easily spread to others.
                                                     
              The person infected with the COVID-19 virus will experience mild to moderate respiratory illness. This people of 60 years old have a higher risk of developing this disease and death. There is only one way to protect your self from this disease is to stay at home, wash your hand with soap very frequently, don't touch your nose, eyes, mouth and if we touch we should wash our hand with soap.



 COMMON SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19

• If we are suffering from COVID-19 we may fell fever.
• It may cause tiredness, the body may feel tired.
• It causes a dry cough.
• The neck may pain due to cough.
• There may be a problem in breathing.
• There may be headaches and different pains.
• There also may be a problem with diarrhoea.

HOW TO PROTECT YOUR SELF FROM THIS DISEASE (COVID-19)

• Stay away from the infected person.
• Stay at home.
• Wash your hand with soap very frequently.
• Don't touch your nose, eyes, mouth very frequently, if we touch wash your hand with soap.
• Use masks in your face.
• Stay informed from the knowledge, that what is accurate and can protect you and your family.

GLOBAL EFFECT

This virus has spread in many countries and territories around the world. This virus is spreading very fast. Due to this disease, many people lost their lives and still many are under treatment.

This diseases has also reached India and has already started spreading so if we follow the instruction which is given by the government and honestly practise lockdown and stay safe at home than soon this disease can be controlled.

MY OPINION 

I think this disease will only be controlled if we will honestly do our work it all depends upon us as because the government only can give us instruction to protect yourself from this disease but if we will not follow their instruction and do as we like then we will never overcome from this dangerous spreading disease.

      So, my opinion is that please listen to the instruction given by the government and stay at home, only go out with a valid reason, keep updated yourself with information.

                                       This is the time to sacrifice as at the of British rule many freedom fighters had sacrificed their lives for independence like Mahatma Gandhi So, today is our turn.

• Don't play outdoor games, instead, try to play indoor games.
• Don't play teams games, start playing solo games.
• There are many solo online and offline games so, download and enjoy the game on your mobile phone.
• If your like team's games then start playing PUBG mobile on your mobile as it will give you team game experience.
